celtic salt and vitamin C

Hi. I just bought the celtic salt and took 1/4 teaspoon. Probably would bebetter if I started with 1/8 instead. My question is this: Can take theceltic salt at the same time as the vitamin C crystals? My thinking isthat I could mix them together in 8 ounces of water, drink it, and killtwo birds with one stone, unless there's some reason not to.-- Michele

I love that good salt in OJ, and I am finding that everything tastes better with it sprinkled on. I am putting it on sliced peaches, mango, apples etc instead of sugar. It seems to enhance the taste of tea, coffee, chocolate, (none of which I eat/drink a lot of, but it sure tastes better with salt). It makes me less likely to reach for the salty snacks.
