Guest guest Posted December 28, 2008 Report Share Posted December 28, 2008 I find it hard enough to plan meals for my family as it is, between schedules and opinions and moods..... Adding blood type considerations to the mix has always seemed insurmountable to me, and quite frankly, that is why I blew it off when I first read the book a few years ago. How do you people do it? Do you have some standby recipes that work for every type without going into the dreaded " avoid " list? Anyone out there with 3 blood types (or more) to contend with in their family?
