Guest guest
Hi all, On ldn 3 weeks now at 3.0mg from Skip's. For the last two days I have experienced lower back pain that is an 8 on a 1 to 10 scale. Also, I have a friend who started ldn one month before me and she is experiencing the same thing. Does anyone know why this is happening? karen _________________________________________________________________ On the road to retirement? Guest guest
I can't tell you why, but I can tell you it's a problem for me too. I think the muscles in my lower back get just as stiff as my leg muscles. At 3 mg my back is pretty uncomfortable and wakes me up several times each night. At the 1.5 dosage that is thought to be less than effective my back is ok. So I don't really know what to do now... Guest guest
I have a suggestion, . Why don't you call Skip and talk to him about it? He and I had a very enlightening conversation this morning about my son and LDN, and I am sure he would be more than happy to talk to you. I thought my son's fillers had been changed, they hadn't, but he really made an effort to explain alot of things to me that I had questions about. I learned a long time ago that our pharmacist know alot more about the drugs that the doctors put us on that the doctors do! Just see what he says, and then let us all know the answer! Take care! Guest guest
I've been reading all these and my suggestion would be take ADVIL. I had some muscle pain from tendenitist before starting LDN. Tried cutting it off the other day and my muscle pains and also some upper back pain came back, not bad but went back to 1 ADVIL every 6 hours and no more pain. Just a thought.
