I head somewhere that the problem with calcium carbonate as a filler is

that it packs too tightly and does not release a fast as it should. LDN

needs to be fast release.

I, too, was using calcium carbonate as a filler

It is my understanding that calcium carbonate binds with magnesium

making it unavailable to the body and magnesium is important in dozens of

biochemical functions.
