Guest guest
--- I think I feel better because I now get a good nights sleep. Prior to LDN my leg spasms kept me up most of the night. Since LDN I have no spasms and this is the best sleep in 9 years! I guess poor sleep for 9 years can add up to being miserable for 9 years! Guest guest
I've had several periods of sleeplessness after starting LDN. The basic improvements that occurred within a few days of starting the med have remained even through the times of poor sleep and increased fatigue... The periods of poor sleep resulted in daytime tiredness, but not the bone deep fatigue that I've had at various times in the past. Guest guest
I sleep only because I have been addicted to Ambien for 5 years per the doctors. I would like to quit taking it, but am afraid of what it may do to me after all these years. Like kill my dog and husband without knowing it. I have cut the 10 mg Ambien in half, and still sleep but not for long enough. I wake up in about 4 hours. Any one have any ideas. VCL Many of you, myself included, experienced improved sleep upon starting LDN. Some of the same people report dimished MS symptoms.
