Guest guest
I was dx in 1995 when my neuro said they only had drugs for the symptomes. So I did beestings for 3½ years. It really helped clear all my symptomes except for the MS hug and my balance. I stopped because here in Quebec the winters are so cold the hives go into hibernation. When you disturb a hive in the winter you kill the hive (I killed two I think) also we travel often and carrying a hive of bees around isn't evedent. I'm on LDN now for over a year. It has permitted me to sleep much better now and I also have a general better well being. One thing that I question: I stopped taking LDN for about 6 days (because I forgot it on a trip). I had a MS flair up. My right leg and foot were weaker and started to drag. I never had this before LDN. I only had these symptome in my left leg. I sure hope it was do to the fact I wasn't taking LDN. Since I started LDN again these symptome have lessen greatly even if they do come back at the end of the day. This experience probably proves that LDN does work.
Guest guest
Your story sounds very familiar to me too. I also am from Canada and SPMS The winters are not that much better here in Alberta, but I am very very alergic to bee venom. I took a three day break awhile ago ,during which time I had a definite worsening of symptoms, almost more than I could handle so I immediately started back up again at 4.5 mgs.,but it is so hard to get back to where I was before the break. Therefore I would never recommend taking a break or ever forgetting your pills. I was actually doing better before the break than I am now a month later.
