Terry/odine] Anyone know of a Dentist in Dallas Texas

Terry ...Dr. is in Bullard TX (near Tyler) he has people come from all over to see him. I highly recommend him. I am blessed because I only have three amalgams to remove, but I also have a root canal that needs to be removed, as well.
