O Recipes/Meal Ideas

Hi All,

I am new to the group and just starting out changing our diet. I need ideas for

meals.

Breakfast - right now we are doing a green smoothie with approved fruits and

greens and an egg or nitrate free turkey bacon.

Lunch- Kind of at a loss here ....

Dinner - We made chicken fried rice with all approved ingredients the other

night. I also made lemon chicken soup and taco salad. I'm running out of ideas

though.

I have not yet finished reading the book, but I have the app on my iPhone and

that is what I am going by.

Any suggestions or help would be appreciated. Maybe if you just told me what

you eat in a typical day I could gain some insight.
