Guest guest
I discovered that all my sinus infections were the cause of my allergy to cow's milk. My mom found when she followed this eating regiment she was able to lose weight. I found that all my favorite food are on the food not allowed list. I have so far got off wheat, all dairy (I consume goat only product), corn, peanuts. How do determine if you have issue with the items in the not allowed list? I have so many questions like why is Canola oil on the allowed list. I wouldn't touch that oil for the life of me. I can't eat flax anything because I am allergic to flax. At the time I was tested, that was the only item I was. Is grape seed oil a good oil too? As for the no no fruits very disappointed that strawberries and blackberries are on the no no list. I have never had acidity tummy when I consumed them. Due to no dairy I have been using coconut type products and never had issue with the flour, milk etc. What sensitivity is caused when eating coconut? Oh finally why no avocados? I have no explanation on my sheet except it is a no no. Love avocados. Have several trees on property. Thanks.
Guest guest
Have you read the first chapter of ER4YT? The problem with most avoids is not an acidity problem, however that might be an issue with some people. It is the lectin problem. I suggest you read that portion of the book carefully and assimilate it so you totally understand why there are 4 separate types and the effect of the lectins on your cells. I have been following ER4YT since 1998. I am 66 years old--I will be 67 in July. My health is exceptional for my age and I have clear, healthy skin. People don't believe my age. I look young and have high energy. I raise and train dogs, Australian Shepherds and we raise our own grain-fed/hormone free beef, for ourselves and for sale. I have horses which I exercise and train. Most 67 year-old women wouldn't be doing a lot of the heavy work I do. I do notice I've had to slow down some the last year or so, by taking more frequent rest periods, but hey.....that's ok. This close to 70, I've earned a break or three. I think if you read the info over, and you may need to read it more than a couple times to fully understand it, you will gain a " light-bulb " understanding. Let me know if this is so.
