Questions for 12-month or longer LDN users with RRMS

Hi folks:

The LDNers.org site has a survey (http://www.ldners.org/surveys.htm)

in process to try and get some statistics around LDN efficacy for

long term users of LDN. I'd like to get some anecdotal stories from

folks with RRMS who have been using LDN for 12 months or more; in

particular, information on attacks pre and post LDN, and MRI changes

post LDN. The first survey at ldners.org indicated a relapse rate

for RRMS of .264, which translates into one every 4 years or so. I

am wondering if, for those with RRMS, their relapses have truly

stopped (or have changed in frequency or duration or severity).

Thanks!

Questions:

Pre-LDN

1. How long ago was your diagnosis?

2. How often were your relapses prior to LDN?

3. What was the duration of each relapse?

4. When was your last relapse prior to starting LDN?

5. Were you measured for disability on the EDSS scale prior to LDN?

What score were you up to?

6. When was your last MRI before starting LDN?

Post-LDN

7. When did you start LDN?

8. Have you had any relapses since starting LDN? If so, for each

relapse since LDN:

a. When was it?

b. What was the duration of this relapse?

c. Did this relapse feel qualitatively different than pre-LDN

relapses?

9. Since starting LDN, have you been measured for disability on the

EDSS scale? What is your score now?

10. Since starting LDN, have you had any MRIs? If so, for each MRI

post-LDN, indicate:

a. # of months since the prior MRI

b. Findings relative to prior MRI
