Guest guest
Hi DD, I just saw your message this time. My chiro started me on Prolamine back the end of August, and we discussed it, so I felt safe taking it (iodophobia on my part after having difficult detox with lugols and uneducated about how to handle detox prior to this). Both I and my husband have played around with Prolamine and it has been sort of a stepping stone to other forms of iodine for me. From what I can remember, I did have the very strong and unique urine odor the first couple of weeks I used it. Had to take it at night as it made me very relaxed; will still use it for some insomnia sometimes - if I take two I can have hangover symptoms next day. Noticed it made my skin very, very soft, moreso than any of the other forms I have been using. Makes hubby's skin very soft as well - niiiice. Hubby thinks it helps him focus (dx'd ADD as child) and gives him energy, so little different effect for both of us. I think I noticed a regular menses cycle the first month or so while using it - a first in several years for me, but have since gotten irregular again????? What little bit I know about Rudolf Steiner and Standard Process supplements and the theosophy behind them, I do love. norxgirl > > > > Hi All, > > I have been taking Iodoral - 50mg/day and doing great. > > I have run out and am waiting for my Iodoral order to come but it will > > be a few more days. > > My brother gave me several unopened boxes of Prolamine that he got > > from his ND. > > In your opinion, would I be better off taking this while waiting for > > Iodoral to come?
