Guest guest
Sorry to hear you are suffering all these symptoms at the moment! Do you have a cold/cough/flu? I would take all this with a pinch of salt. People often say they are suffering detox symptoms when either (a) they have some undiagnosed illness or ( they are doing something for their health which is in fact having a negative rather than a positive effect. As for the CFS, that is a pretty meaningless umbrella term for people with undiagnosed conditions causing chronic fatigue. Guest guest
Dawn, my guess would be that as the HC and Armour start to work at a cellular level, they wake everything up, including our ability to detox. Its difficult isnt it; knowing how to interpret all the symptoms and side effects and figure out whats causing what.
Guest guest
Dawn, another thought occurred to me. Are you following an anti-candida protocol? Candida die-off can cause the same symptoms. have a look at this which explains a bit about die-off in general. http://www.modernherbalist.com/dieoff.html
Guest guest
Are you treating yourself for candida at all Dawn because if you are, believe me, the symptoms of 'die-off' can be quite horrendous until you get the candida out of your system. Luv - Sheila http://www.purehealthclinic.co.uk/Detoxification%20Guidelines/DETOXI_1.HTM I was just looking at these symptoms, they are like I feel at the mo. However unfortunately they are also like people with CFS feel, any thoughts on this anyone? lotsa luv Dawnx
Guest guest
hiya No I don't have any more coughing than usual, don't think I have a virus. I aren't actively taking anything for candida but I have started on vitamin E caps last week, also started b6 a couple of weeks ago. Wierd thing is about 2 to 3 hours ago I was feeling a little flat so I bit the bullet and took half a spoon of flax seeds on my dinner, it made me feel much better. Apart from the phytoestrogenic effect I cannot imagine anything else about it which would make me feel a little better within 20 mins. I still have some aches but they are better than they were. Wierd stuff. If I take too much it induces mania. Weeeee, so best not do that eh? These ligans in it must be responsible. Maybe my menopause is responding to it in some way. I am going to go off it for now so it doesn't influence any blood tests on Thursday. However if I can get the doses right I may stay on it after that. Still wondering if speeding up metabolism is detoxing me somewhat. Although I do suspect my liver is functioning less than optimally what with all the pains and aches around it which may also have soemthing to do with it. Terrible guessing all the time though. Hope the doc will do relevant tests. lotsa luv Dawnx
