Guest guest
Hi Russ, I went to the site but your article is no longer available for viewing. I was interested because I have also written a book. My wife was diagnosed with MS 8 years before I was, which I feel is a story that has to be told but I took it a step further and wrote a story about the first 50 years of my life. It's a tall order to take your life and make it interesting to the general public but I think that I've done it. I was born in 1950 so it's a Baby Boomer's journey through the second half of the 20th century. Guest guest
2-3 Digestive enzymes (with meals) - cause most of us have digestive issues, big time. 4 Tbsp. Ground golden flax seed - to keep you regular and very high in Omega 3s - very important to stay " cleaned out " . Multivitamin - as good as you can afford. I would also stick as close as possible to the Swank Diet (on internet). It truly is helpful for many reasons. Check it out for yourself...it is very informative.
