Guest guest
Hi Sheila and everyone, I've just uploaded the Photos as promised, great improvement after Just 12 weeks on Armour. Thought I'd post these now before we go on holiday next week and she gets a suntan, Although we do have plenty of factor 30. Best wishes . > We have a photo of her back before she started on the armour and she > is happy for it to be posted on the site along with an after photo > in the near future. > > > >

Guest guest
Hi Bob, No my wife doesn't. The dermatologist told her after her skin biopsy that it is fibrous skin and there's no know cure, She's not sure of the medical term for it as the Dr was very hard to understand, but the Armour had a immediate effect. > > Hi Sheila and everyone, I've just uploaded the Photos as promised, > > great improvement after Just 12 weeks on Armour. Guest guest
Hi Many thanks for posting the photo's and what a difference in the hives after Georgina started Armour. I cannot believe that doctors are denying the value of natural thyroid extract when there is so much anecdotal evidence to show that it works and that it is far superior to levothyroxine alone therapy - or even synthetic T4/T3 combination therapy. I hope you both get plenty of sunshine and that you feel much better for your holiday. I think we could all do with some sunshine right now. How long are you away for. Again, thanks for the photo's - this now makes two photographs showing skin problems, which some of us suffer with hypothyroidism. Luv - Sheila Hi Sheila and everyone, I've just uploaded the Photos as promised, great improvement after Just 12 weeks on Armour. Guest guest
Hi Sheila, Its unbelievable that doctors see these symptoms along with multiple TSH reading above 4.2, as in my wife's case, and are to ignorant or to scared to make any connection. When her dermatologist told her that there was no known cure she offered her the phone number of a support group, you can only guess at how many of that group could have undiagnosed hypothyroidism. maybe the dermatologist will consider this when my wife goes to see her in April but I would not hold your breath. We go away on Friday for two Weeks, hope all goes well while we're away. Guest guest
Hi http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Melasma The incidence of melasma also increases in patients with thyroid disease. It is thought that the overproduction of melanocyte-stimulating hormone (MSH) brought on by stress can cause outbreaks of this condition. Other rare causes of melasma include allergic reaction to medications and cosmetics says try mandelic acid? best wishes Bob >> Hi > Perhaps Georgina should have joined that forum and mentioned about being hypothyroid and that she has started taking natural thyroid extract and the
