Dr P has asked me to take temps. When I have a tiring day it goes

down to 36, but in the morning it is always much higher at 36.4. In

what way will this condition my armour taking?

Should I be trying not to get so tired and reduce activity? I am on a

high dose of hc as it is at 35mg. I believe my temperatures should be

costant but this doesn't seem my case.

any ideas??

thanks berny

Dr Rind also says the first temp should be taken 3 hours after you get up and then 3 hours after that and so on, so whatever time you get up take your first temp 3 hours after that

BernyAre you familiar with Dr Rind's methods? www.drrind.com

Berny ~ I should have said that average daily temps are considered

unstable if they are MORE than .2F or 1 degree C apart.

I think Dr P has

recommended you take your temperatures to help you see when the Cortisol is

starting to work. As Mo has mentioned, download a temperature chart from Dr

Rind's website and read what he says Berny. How many times are you dosing with

HC throughout the day and what dose do you take at each time.

Those are good questions Berny. I have noticed that physical exertion

can cause a drop in temperature, so should I try to avoid that happening?

I am in a similar situation to you, Berny, taking 30 mg cortisol, but

my temperatures are not stable yet either. They used to vary between

35.5 C and 36.5 C, but now vary between 36.1 C and 36.6 C. So there

has been some improvement. My temperature and pulse are going up, and

the variation is less than it was. I am at week 11 of treatment.

Do you sleep well, Berny? In my case I suspect that poor sleep is

holding up progress. On the rare occasions when I sleep a bit better

and wake up feeling refreshed I have much more energy. I have tried

melatonin, 5-HTP and valerian, but they haven't had any effect.
