To unsubscribe from the LDN group you need to send an email to: low dose naltrexone-unsubscribe

or you must log on to the forum with your user name and password

and opt out of the group. Use this link:

Click on the tab on the upper right hand side to Edit your Membership (choose to receive no emails and you will still be a member with access to the posted messages but will no longer get any mail or digests) or click the link just below it marked "to leave the group".

In the future please remember that sending a message with "unsubscribe" in the subject line will not unsubscribe you from this forum and just sends a message to the entire membership, it does not unsubscribe you and adds to the length of the digests. I hope this helps you to acheive your goal.
