Think I am getting shingles

I am not having a very good time at the moment.

After all my stress last week about running out of HC and not being

able to contact Dr P I seem to be getting shingles.

I have had it before so I think I recognise the signs. Unfortunately

it is once again appearing on my face.

I have read that steroids and a supressed immune system can make

shingles more likely.

Obviously I will have to se my GP tomorrow but I am dreading what they

will say if I have contracted shingles after treating with hydrocortisone.

I am going on holiday in a week. I really hope I don't have shingles

all over my face while I am away.

hi Jane,

refer to Jefferies - page 145 on shingles. He says an increase is needed for this. If you have the book I would take it to the doctor's with you.
