Unfortunately, I suffered very strong side effects even though I

was taking a tiny spec from 1 grain 60 mg. It was very small

equivalent to perhaps a few grains of sand!

I felt jittery, wired, pulse racing, BP shot up, chest pains and

angina. I also felt high and kind of on a buzz! I gave up after a

few days because I had shooting pains in my left arm. This scared me.

I decided to also stop Nutrithryoid and Adrenal, and instead am

concentrating on non bovine source. There are options such as porcine

source for these, and may or may not try these.

I found a herb which is used for thryoid support, " The gum resin of

the Indian tree Commiphora mukul has been used for centuries in

Ayurveda. Recent development in the identification of the active

ingredients: E & Z guggulsterones has resulted in Opti-guggul with 32

full peaks, a highly potent and effective lipid metabolism enhancer. "

Has anyone tried this or any other adrenal and thryoid support

vegetarian source? There is this product which seems reasonable:

L-Tyrosine 1000 mg

Potassium Iodide..300 mcg

Coleus forskohlii....100 mg

(20% forskolin)

Forslean™...10 mg

(95% forskolin)

Bacopa monniera extract..200 mg

(50% A & B)

Commiphera mukul..100 mg

(7.5% E & Z Guggulsterones)

Guggul EZ100™ ...7.5 mg

(99% E & Z Guggulsterones)

Kaempferol ..180 mg

Copper (Malate) ...500 mcg

Zinc (Citrate, Fumarate)..5 mg

Selenium (Se-Methylselenocysteine) ...55 mcg

Myricetin (90%) ...150 mg

Looking forward to your advice and feedback. Many thanks

Kooky
