Guest guest
What do you think about using bladderwrack for low thyroid, low iodine, estrogen-dominance, copper toxicity and adrenal fatigue? I have been taking prolamine iodine, rehmannia, ashwanganda, calcium lactate, molybdemum, cataplex C & F and using progesterone cream. I'm concerned about the high iodine content in the bladderwrack? I've started taking the Neways Green Qi for the many benefits it has to offer and " variety of greens " . I am going to do the iodine patch test and the thyroid temperature test to see what those results are. I've been dealing with this for about a year. Initially, starting with a nodule on the right thyroid. What are your thoughts on bladderwrack and these combination of nutritionals to address my issues.
