Guest guest
HI Mo I have put this information into the TPA-UK FILES so should anybody else decide to get themselves tested to see where their levels of oestrogen/progesterone are, we can send them to read this warning. I suppose this would apply to both testing using saliva or blood. Luv - Sheila Val Forster (bless her) has just clued me in on what is said on Genova's website about saliva testing for sex hormones and I think it is of serious interest and may explain my high results from Lab 21. Genova tell patients in advance of testing -
Guest guest
I THINK it says on Genova's website, not absolutely sure - will have to check, that the problems are only likely to arise with saliva testing. For some reason.... It seems to make a complete nonsense of checking sex hormone levels once supplementation has begun. Which is why a lot of people use this test I am sure. Well thank God Val found this information because I was up the walls and over the other side all day yesterday worrying that I had cancerous activity going on in my ovaries.
