FWIW, I'm really happy with the Lugol's from jcrow.com. To take the Iodine in liquid form with a dropper mixed in water is no inconvenience whatsoever.

I just spoke to the owner of the website and heconsiders all sales final and will not take returns. At this point Iam not even sure there is any iodine content in these pills. I forgot to mention the most important point of all--the liquid Lugol's 2 % is much more economical than the other forms/doses.

Hi all

I started using tincture of iodine once every day.I am painting 1 dime sized part of my leg.Planning to continue it until it takes 24 hours for the color to disappear? Would that create any negative consequences?
