Thanks, Daph, for the information. I have been going to the indoor swimming

pool and that seems to help.

Daph, I did not read your direct post nor find it. Thanks for this

bit of encouragement about the PT exercises. Could you share how you

were instructed to do hamstring stretches? Using therabands or just

on your own power, or other? Thanks,
