Hi Carol,

Thanks so much for MRI info--exactly what I was hoping to hear! -- anyone else have similar good news on their MRI's?

Vickie--I definitely got more stiff in lower legs & ankles after a week or so on LDN. I then did the stretching exercises, especially the hamstrings, my PT had given me--it all went away and I'm ashamed to admit I now do them only when I need to ;)

In general, I have far less "jumpy legs" than I did before LDN

Are we all stiff in the same places? Any Doc or Neuro should be glad to refer you to a physical therapist--just go a couple of times--get the exercises for whatever you need--go back a couple of times to make sure you are doing them right--then you can do them at home at $0 cost! I went for balance and got some good ones that really do help, and the hamstring stretches (about 4 different variations) were included. I can spend as little as 5-10 min and it makes quite a difference.

I'm very stiff in all the muscles on my torso. Back, abs, and ribs. Legs too, but somehow the torso thing is more annoying.
