Type Medic Alert into Google and several possibilities come up.

I belong to Medic Alert where I pay annually and they hold all my records and in an emergency doctors can phone to ask.

Some are just the engraved jewellery.

I recently bought one from SOS Talisman. I chose it because unlike

other products, you keep your own info in a capsule in the bracelet

itself. Other products require someone to contact a central database

to access your info. In an emergency, I figure time is of the essence

and the less time doctors/nurses spend trying to contact a third party

for my details, the better.

Also, some of the other products out there require you to pay an

annual fee; SOS Talisman is a one-off payment for the bracelet - no

ongoing fees.

I does the job just fine, although I sometimes feel I should be

wearing shades 24/7 and driving around in a huge big black 4x4 with

blacked out windows saying " yo " to all and sundry. Its a little

clunky !!!

Me too, its ok, its got a design on it and I wear it round my neck.

Got it from a very nice seller on ebay, next day delivery and

everything. This one is real silver I got it as a gift, but it is

available in other metals and bracelets etc. I got it cos I wasn't too

keen on the serpent symbol with the wings, as well as the other reason

of self info which you can update any time you change your meds.
