Hi ,

Thanks for the post, I haven't been on line for a couple of days as

I'm entering a christmas play bonanza!!!

One thing that has come to mind since reading up on everything is when

he was born the doctors informed me that his final scan showed that he

had enlarged adrenal glands and they put him on a course of

antibiotics just in case of infection! The poor mite had an allergic

reaction so obviously I stopped that. In light of all the reading I am

doing which links the adrenals and thyroid I can't help but worry

particularly with the recent teacher comments. I will ask for a test

but in the new year.

Good luck with your little boy - can you tell me if you are

hypothyroid and if so what hormone replacement do you take and did you

take if hypo during pregnancy...

Thanks again

emily

interested.

help and diagnoses with his autism and ADD and dyslexia. The consultant

child psychiatrist who has been handling his case put forward the idea

that he may also have hypo t ( though the forum suggested it some

time ago).
