When I first started on ldn I had my caps made in 1.5 mg doses. That way I could experiment.(1, 2 or 3 capsules) 3 mg seemed best for me for a while and recently I went up to 4.5 to see if that is better.

Hi Joanne,

Interesting case, I started with 3mg for about 6 months and then tried 4.5.

It was a real disaster, that night I got up to use the bathroom 6 times!

Here is the interesting part, waited 2 months and tried 4.5 again and it's

working out great for me. Your body will tell you when it's time to increase

or possible decrease in dosage. Hope this helps.
