Steve, I am the person who said--not alluded--that Dr. Bihari's office is not luxurious. How do I know that? I've been there, and I'm not the only one. As for his finances, it's none of anyone's business, though I don't doubt he makes a good living. BUT WHO CARES? I hope he does. But a clinical study on LDN would cost MILLIONS of dollars.

Isn't it typically drug companies, research hospitals/universities and the FDA who do clinical studies?

For the record, his initial consultation fee is about $250 less than the top MS doctors in Manhattan.
