I hate taking too many tablets and even though at times I do not

sleep, I try to listen to music at ART channel, that usually puts me

to sleep, and when I wake up in the night which does happen I try to

imagine some place I like to be and after while I do fall asleep.

I have to make sure that I do not sleep during the day, otherrwise I

will not sleep during the night.

There are times though I cannot sleep for more than one night and I

usually take 1/2 Xanax because I get very exhausted without sleep,

as everybody else ... now with LDN I do not need to at all.

There were few times I was getting sore throat and that with some

gargling and increase of vit C dissapeared.
