This is what it says:

It is used along with antithyroid mediciations to prepare the thyroid

gland for surgical removal and to treat hyperthyroidism and thyroid

storm. It works by shrinking the thyroid glad and to decrease the

amount of thyroid hormones in the body.

It talks about decreasing the thyroid throughout the whole sheet.

This makes me feel very uncomfortable using the Lugols. According to

this, it does the opposite that I want it to do.
