what is a general range for how long detox lasts???

Hello just curious, I know we each have our individual toxic load, but

for those of you who are on 50-100mg did it take months, years??? I am

on iosol becuase lugols makes my throat close up and my body shut down.

I am up to 20 mg and feel body aches and very tired. I'm so willing to

push through to help my hashi's, adrenal fatigue and FBD but i'd like

to know there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Since cleaning up my

diet, supplementing properly, and cleansing I feel like the last 7

years has just been non stop detox with mini mini breaks-Ugh!!!
