Hi all, When you drink lemon and hot water it is also

cleansing. Not everyone can tollerate it (including

me). The effect is a bit different. Anything added

to the hot water changes the " energetics " , which is

not to say you can't do it, but if you want to try

this particular approach, gotta have it plain, bare,

no modifiers -- and filered/pure, and quite warm.

Good luck,

ine
