Mine is cloudy - not stinky. But not all the time either. It depends on

how much I drink.

Never had stinky urine, but definitely had stinky armpits. It took

what felt like forever to get through that stage of detox. Probably 2

months since I was taking frequent breaks in dosing.

I don't, Dorothy. I get a runny nose and a serious case of the green apple two-step, that lasts about an hour.

eaten asparagus.

My main bromine detox symptom is a runny nose.

Is the runny nose due to bromide detox or to too much Iodine?

I read that the runny nose is an indicator of too much Iodine.

Ha. I know what you mean about asparagus.

Since I have been on iodine my nose seems less stuffy in the morning.
