Hi Jonny

The feedback mechanism will tell you what you need ~

'outta gas' or just about to run out!

Your adrenals will take a 'breather' for you, but try to run on a

minimised timed dose schedule, as you are doing now, and pick up

the 'message' from that.

It'll take a day or so to 'bed in', but you'll know when you get it

right, or very nearly right. Stress dosing will be needed to respond

to major stressors and only you can judge what they might be.

best wishes

Bob

Hi Jonny,

There is not a "best" way - it is whatever suits you, and if one does not suit - you will easily know if you feel depleted or anxious at a certain time - change it. If you look at the experts: Hert.., Dr P, Dr Jefferies - they all say differently. So if one method does not suit you that well, try another. Also take into account if you were particularly low first thing in your salivary test you may need to take more then in common with how the hc would be produced naturally. But no-one can say that Jefferies is wrong (with the 4x5 doses) as it works for so many.

Personally I have changed a little over the years and now take 10, 5 & 5 or 10,5,2.5, 2.5, depending on the time I take the doses - I would never take 5mg during the evening or I would not sleep, but can happily take 2.5mg Then and as I get into bed which will help with sleep.

Val

Im doing 10, 5, 2.5, 2.5, 2.5mgI heard someone that was doing 5, 5, 5, 5mgWhat is the best way to do it?Jonny
