I just read this on the " This is MS " website and thought it was worth sharing. Medicinal Herbs: Take with a grain of salt A general article on using herbs to treat illness, with specific comments on Echnicea, St. 's Wort, and Ginkgo. There's also a warning about using Echnicea if you have multiple sclerosis. " Echinacea " should not be used if you have an autoimmune disease, such as rheumatoid arthritis or multiple sclerosis, " Anding said.
