Hi Al,

Would you be able to tell me where you heard that

Rooibos tea was 50x the anti oxidant stregnth of green

T? I have never heard this before despite being a

rooibos T drinker for many years and having lived and

drunk it in South Africa. I'm wondering if this is a

marketing ploy.

I am a huge fan of rooibos and there are different

grades so people shouldn't be put off if they don't

like a particular brand. Loose leaf rooibos tastes

better than the t bags.

As for green T I hate it. I had it one morning on an

empty stomach and vomited it straight back. Pretty

potent stuff.

Look forward to your reply.

multiple

myeloma because I suspect I got this disease from

years and years of

toxic buildup from metals and pesticides. Each bath

should last

about 1/2 hour. In that time, all the clay usually

breaks down and

dissolves. Just to make sure, I insert a rubberized

lint catcher in

the drain and it catches anything that has not

dissolved. The

manufacturer claims that using up to two cups/bath

will not harm

your drain pipes, so I never exceed that. If you check

the website I

posted, you'll see that these clays are specific for

different

ailments. Some are aimed at a single toxicity - like

aluminum or

mercury - while others are more generalized. You

pick the clay

that is right for your condition. Each box handles

from 4-10 baths

depending on how much product you use. I get about 8

baths/box of

clay. If you cannot get in or out of a tub, rather

than do nothing,

use it in a foot bath and bathe more frequently. It

will still pull

toxins from your system. It will just take longer and

require more

time on your part. But the upside, in my opinion,

diminishes the

inconvenience. For me, the cost, too. My cancer is

measured by the

protein levels of my blood. Each month I get

bloodwork and they

check the IgG, IgM, and IgA protein levels of my

blood/marrow. I

had been trending upward for about a year before I

started my

baths. Since then, I have plateaued and started to

come down

somewhat - about 15% reduction of my paraproteins. I

do more in the

alternative/natural arena than clay baths, so I can't

say with

certainty that it is the baths exclusively that are

helping. But I

can tell you that I do not plan to stop them anytime

soon. Even if

they are providing a mental lift for me, I will not

stop them. Read

the testimonials, add in what I've told you, and

decide for

yourself. I'm not a doctor . . . . just an

information-hungry

cancer patient with a terminal illness . . . but one

who refuses to

give in one inch until I rid myself of this condition.

And I will!

Finally, I had been on a mission from hell to get all

my friends and

loved ones to begin drinking green tea ever day

because I know it to

be one of, if not THE best, pure food on earth. It

has polyphenols

that fight cancer and other diseases, and it is a

terrific

antioxidant. The downside is that it contains

caffeine. Last

month, after lots and lots of research, I stumbled

across rooibos

tea - a red tea grown in Capetown, South Africa. It

has no caffeine

and has 50 times the antioxidant power of green tea.

I love it

straight up, and my wife, who has MS, uses the vanilla

flavored tea

bags. So now, I drink each one daily, or I'm mixing

the two teas

together and drinking each day. I know that this is

helping me

immensely. Well, enough of my rambling. I'm going to

retire soon

and perhaps write a book about all I've learned over

the past ten

years about natural supplements and healing. When I

was diagnosed,

my hypothetical chart ended in 1999. Well, here I

am!!! -

I have been

doing this for about a year now and my lab work is

slowly but surely

improving. If you're interested, you can read about
