Hi Pat,

When my Neuro, I have MS, suspected Cushings I actually did contact

the Cushings society. They thought my symptons were indicative of it.

However, the endo ruled it out. I do know that this type of cushings

is a little different to the 'normal' type. I'm keeping an open mind

now so thank you for thinking of this.

Hi Venizia,

It's actually called cyclical cushings. The best thing to do is have a

read of the following website which is excellent. It covers all of the

endocrine system. Just put cyclical cushings in the search box. Have a

good look around the site in general though.Hope this helps

Thank you Justeen,

I was recently diagnosed with a pituitary tumor so I am sure this

website will be very helpful.

Hi Venizia,

I don't know if you've found it or not but if you click on 'contact

us' on the website I recommended you'll find telephone numbers for

their helplines. I rang on a few occasions as I was told I possibly

had cushings. They are lovely and helpful and very knowlegable. An

endocrine nurse is also avaliable to speak to too. I hope you're

doing ok.
