That has happened to me several times with iodine....after I toss my cookies I feel fine. I think it's just another detox symptom but am not really sure. I am sure, however, that it is somehow related to iodine.

My son used to do this too. He threw up every 7 days for about 6 weeks. We finally figured out that it was when we stopped iodine for the weekend he would vomit on Monday. I think the toxins built up in his system and the iodine helped to keep it moving out.
