And that is unfortunate because a very hot bath helps to get rid of toxins. I do feel better after I indulge, but only after I get past the "limp noodle" aftermath.

A hot bath with a couple of handfuls or more of epsom

salts is even more detoxifying. If you put a lot in

you can really feel your body start to sweat. And you

get the added benefit of absorbing magnesium. When you

have finished in the hot bath you can start adding

cold water or just have a cold shower to stop the

limp/ faint feeling.
