Guest guest
And that is unfortunate because a very hot bath helps to get rid of toxins. I do feel better after I indulge, but only after I get past the "limp noodle" aftermath. ----- Original Message ----- From: Landau low dose naltrexone Sent: Wednesday, November 24, 2004 1:05 PM Subject: [low dose naltrexone] Off-topic: hot baths A good suggestion, VCL, but unfortunately many of us with MS cannottolerate hot baths. Much too draining (no pun intended). Have a goodThanksgiving.________________________________________________________________Juno Platinum $9.95. Guest guest
A hot bath with a couple of handfuls or more of epsom salts is even more detoxifying. If you put a lot in you can really feel your body start to sweat. And you get the added benefit of absorbing magnesium. When you have finished in the hot bath you can start adding cold water or just have a cold shower to stop the limp/ faint feeling.
