Guest guest
Mike, A naturally occurring amino acid called L-Arginine boosts nitric oxide, the main ingredient in Viagra, Levitra, and Cialis for erectile dysfunction. Amino Acids are required for the manufacture of proteins, hormone cells, and cellular metabolism. Arginine is a factor in the manufacture of the protein called nerve- growth factor (NGF), NGF is crucial to the growth and maturation of axons and the synthesis and release of neurotransmitters: the bearers of the chemical messages.(this is a large and highly technical article, It came from an encyclopedia, If you want it E-mail me and I will send it to you in Acrobat.pdf) Arginine is present in Vitamin B12, it is essential for the fertility of men, and it is highly effective treatment of cirrhosis (liver disease). It is one of the essential Amino Acids required in your diet. It can be found in protein rich foods. Dennis
Guest guest
Hmmmm.....well, LDN itself is an immune system strengthener, so what the heck! We all seem to be doing just fine! Guest guest
Cinders, I'm a little confused by your posting. Doesn't Dr. Bihari believe that LDN enhances the immune system? So I would think then that L-Arginine would be compatible... ________________________________________________________________ Juno Platinum $9.95. Juno SpeedBand $14.95. Guest guest
- I agree with you - the two should be completely compatible. HOWEVER - I feel a responsibility to tell people that the L-Arginine is an immune system enhancer - and let them decide for themselves if they want to try it for bladder issues. My compounding pharmicist things they are good together - but I always like to err on the side of caution when I recommend stuff to others. Since I have no doctor helping me here. I am taking LDN /supplements based on my own research and my compounding pharmacist' knowledge - no doctor's advice. Cinders
Guest guest
You need to ask this question over don't understand what your saying. Guest guest
I think I read a former post regarding this and body builders? I found this Article extremely interesting. http://phoenix-cfs.org/Cardio%20IVa%20Superoxide.htm an exerpt from the ending: Hemoglobin - is the biggest reservoir of both oxygen and NO in the body and may play an important role in vascular dilation through NO release. Because heme, the oxygen carrying molecule in hemoglobin, releases superoxide when it is desaturated (i.e. not filled with oxygen), hemoglobin can be an important contributor to ROS production in conditions like heart failure with low oxygen levels. PS. My hemoglobin was messed up also on my lab work! WoW am I a Mess!
