SAMMY JO great web site! We are lucky to have your help.

I have taken LDN for 45 days. From day one I have bladder control where there was none.

I have a scooter I am still using it to shop. I am doing stretching exercises three times a day.

Now I will start walking more and more with my walker. As you mentioned rest is also key.

Yes diet is very important! could you please explain antitoxins? thank-you Joanne
