Oh Chip. I can't even find the words to tell you how badly I feel for you and your wife. Dr. Bernard Bihari does phone consultations for $500: 212-929-4196. It's a lot of money, but he's phenomenal. Someone recently wrote about using Dr. Ayres and like him a lot--$150. His # is 630.321.9010
