Guest guest
Yes. wheat & depression I'm just curious: do any of you struggle with depression as a nearly-immediate reaction to eating wheat products? (Those who normally are strict about no wheat intake and then have a piece of cake or bread or something?) Guest guest
Oh Yes Marie, It's to the point now that I pass on cake at work, and fresh sourdough bread in San Francisco. Love the foods, but I hate the affects after eating them. First is the allergy reaction of full sinus in just minutes. Within the hour an anxious, lethargic, feeling sets in that takes a great deal of focus to rise above. I would call that quite close to depression, " but your results may vary. " I offer to make the cakes whenever I can, but they like the taste of mass produced at times. I would love a great way to make good, San Francisco good, sourdough. I feel your pain, wheat & depression I'm just curious: do any of you struggle with depression as a nearly-immediate reaction to eating wheat products? Guest guest
: wheat does a job on my eyes. I have a approx. 30% uncorrectable vision loss which was always diagnosed as glaucoma. I never went along with this diagnosis and refused the medication Now 20 yrs later, I insisted on a blood flow assesment and was told I was right and the opthamalogist said when all they give you is a hammer, all you see are nails. Meaning that the FDA pushes glaucoma drops. I drive, play tennis, golf. At 70 y.o, I know that " o " diet is .critical for my health.
