I know this is too simple but leg cramps for me were a routine until I started to take Cal-Mag plus just before bed.

Actually I take my suppliments at 9.00 and my LDN at 10.00 and then all is well. RLS comes back after a few days without my Calcium-Magnesium at night.

3.0 mgs.LDN for MS for thirteen months now

Hello, My wife Sue has started on LDN, although the pharmacy at Kaiser that compounded the liquid for her initially miscalculated the dose and thus she took about 25 mlgrms the first and second nite.We have corrected that, and are on the second nite of 3 mlgrms.She has been almost 100% unable to sleep, and has bad leg cramps as well,She had spent one week weaning off of Fentaynl 100 mlgrms patches, down to zero and then waited 3 days before trying the ldn which of course was way too high initially.Is Ldn keeping her awake, and causing leg cramps? If so will that correct itself?, Is valium ok to take ?Any comments or suggestions greatly appreceiated G

Hi there - Can't really help much with the cramps - not one of my

symptoms. But the sleepless thing SHOULD abate after awhile. I had a

few nights of not sleeping good at first on the LDN. I still (at 215

days) occasionally find myself a little " wired " during the night -

but it is nothing like at first. Weird thing was that even without

the sleep, I really wasn't all that tired during the day.

I don't take many drugs, so am not an authority, but as long as she

does not take narcotics (which I am pretty sure valium isn't) than it

should be OK to take.

Hopefully some of the more knowledgeable folks will speak up here.

I wonder how much the 4.5 mg LDN puts you to sleep. I take it at 2100 hours

and do not wake up until 0800. Is that normal? I also take it with the anti-

depressant Mirtazapine (I take the anti-depressant one-half hour before the

LDN). Could this have an effect? Thanks.

I guess for you it is normal, for me it is just too much! I do not know anything about Mirtazapine.
