Hey, I've read your email before. Are you in the GTD or nonsecretor group?

At first, going through the book, it looked like it was telling me I was a

gatherer. It didn't fit me either. It all came down to my finger lengths. I

measured them wrong at first. I had to watch the video again, very closely, and

when I measured again, I was an explorer, which fits very well.

O Gatherer?

Is any other O out there confused???? Supposedly I'm a Gatherer but I

dont' fit into the general description - I'm 5'5 and a size 2

and I've been eating soy and spelt - and on both the O genotype is an

avoid...

I'm so confused - is this diet supposed to change every 10 yrs? Then

what's the point?

Help...

Hi ,

Yes I'm also in the GTD group - I did watch the videos on measurement and

I'm still a Gatherer~!! I can see my mom a Gatherer - but me? Actually she

gained lots of weight during her pregnancy w/ me and ate a lot - but her mom

I'm not too sure about - actually my mom is my grandmother's 10th child~!

maybe it just got passed down?

I " feel " like I'm a Hunter - but my measurements do not say so..I really

don't' know what to do..beef or chicken is not included in the gatherer

diet!!!!!!!! ahhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!

If you're sure about all your measurements, maybe the best thing to do is try

the gatherer diet for a while and see how you feel. Did you look at the strength

testing? What does that indicate?

Dr. D said some time ago soy was NOT a very good fit for O's.

Spelt is just another wheat type grain. I don't do well on it either.

FWIW,

Emmi
