Guest guest
Hey, I've read your email before. Are you in the GTD or nonsecretor group? At first, going through the book, it looked like it was telling me I was a gatherer. It didn't fit me either. It all came down to my finger lengths. I measured them wrong at first. I had to watch the video again, very closely, and when I measured again, I was an explorer, which fits very well. O Gatherer? Is any other O out there confused???? Supposedly I'm a Gatherer but I dont' fit into the general description - I'm 5'5 and a size 2 and I've been eating soy and spelt - and on both the O genotype is an avoid... I'm so confused - is this diet supposed to change every 10 yrs? Then what's the point? Help... ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Mobile. Guest guest
If you're sure about all your measurements, maybe the best thing to do is try the gatherer diet for a while and see how you feel. Did you look at the strength testing? What does that indicate? O Gatherer? Is any other O out there confused???? Supposedly I'm a Gatherer but I dont' fit into the general description - I'm 5'5 and a size 2 and I've been eating soy and spelt - and on both the O genotype is an avoid... Guest guest
Dr. D said some time ago soy was NOT a very good fit for O's. Spelt is just another wheat type grain. I don't do well on it either. FWIW, Emmi O Gatherer? >> > and I've been eating soy and spelt - and on both the O genotype is an > avoid... > > I'm so confused - is this diet supposed to change every 10 yrs?
