Hi Chip, this is Joanne I have just gone off predisone treatment for Aracnoditsis or MS. I am not to sure what I have but I am sure it is "chronic inflamation"

Any way last year I had steriod IVs and tapered off with predisone to nothing and have been on LDN for one month: I have great improvements: I am walking, talking, thinking and hand- eye- motor-coordination has improved among other improvements. I have tryed many other suppliments including MSM with no results.

there is much talk here about diet and exersice which I also believe stongly in but LDN has reduced infalamation for me and I hope it can help you. JL
