Using Salt

Just wondering how much salt people *generally* use. I use REAL salt

in my food all the time and I know about the salt loading (on the

breast cancer choices site). I did this the other day as I think I was

having some detox symptoms - they went away so I presume they were (my

glands under my jaw sometimes come up when I take iodine).

I also read in a post this week someone saying you don't want to be

doing more than 3-4 salt loads a month.

Reading through the posts though it sounds like many of you drink salt

as part of your regime.

So should I just keep using salt in my food and then drink 1/2 tsp if

I think I'm having detox issues?
