Guest guest
I believe you absolutely right about that Alice. For best results with LDN, you must also live a healthy lifestyle. For me that includes daily exercise and the Best Bet MS diet. Along with a positive attitude! Take care -----Original Message----- From: alicecttn [mailto:alicecttn@...] Sent: Wednesday, November 17, 2004 11:08 AM low dose naltrexone Subject: [low dose naltrexone] LDN is only one part of the process Hi all, as I read about exacerbations etc, I am inclined to throw in my own belief that the LDN is only part of the process. The rest must come from other sources. For example I am seeing an MD, ND, acupunturist (yes he does it all and well I might add). He prescribed the LDN because I wanted it but asked me to stay open to other options as well. So I am taking the LDN and I'm on some incredible supplements that are focused on the brain (where my MS resides) and well being. I am seeing slow improvement in all symptoms. There is also the Swank diet for MS that I am including in with other diet considerations such as food allergies and organ functions. It is my belief that LDN alone is one piece of the process but not the whole thing. Then of course there is the whole spiritual level of the thing, but that is another story. Mainly I just think we all need to be working on all levels of healing and not put all our proverbial eggs in one basket. Alice
