Guest guest
Does anyone have any wisdom about the best kinds of green tea to drink, or if all kinds are equally good? I had a bad bout of pain from endometriosis today (I've been eating relatively huge amounts of wheat, dairy and sugar for the last two weeks). A friend rushed me a cup of oolong tea and the pain subsided by the time the tea digested. It was amazing, but also a really big wake up call to me that yes, it sure does matter what I eat! Guest guest
I drink the Clipper organic herbal teas - they're about the best I can find over here, [uK] but we don't have much choice to be honest -most green teas are made by normal tea companies and the clipper are the only organic ones I have found at all. ) http://www.freewebs.com/inspire/ http://www.canine-health-concern.org.uk/ http://www.animalholistichealth.com/
Guest guest
To answer my own question about green tea, I discovered really good organic Japanese green tea available from this company: http://www.tanabatagreentea.com/ The nutrient information is very impressive. I purchased matcha sencha (it is a blend) and I find it really does help with mood and reducing stress as well. Marie
Guest guest
Did you not see my answer ? I answered ages ago and said that where I am the only organic green tea I had seen was by Clipper. I don't know where you are so don't know how relevant this is to you, but I am in the U.K. ) http://www.freewebs.com/inspire/ http://www.canine-health-concern.org.uk/ http://www.animalholistichealth.com/
