Guest guest
Yes, supplements, physical therapy, exercise, and diet are all necessary. But I was doing all of these before LDN, and it wasn't stopping the MS. After LDN, I am able to use all these modailites to RECOVER from MS, not just fend it off. Guest guest
Thanks Sammy Jo, I agree, diet exercise, supplements ( for me calcium, Vit D, magnesium) stretching exercised developed by my PT. What I call clean living: not smoking, not drinking. The last part is hard because I would like a glass of wine now and then. But PCP told me no alcohol as my trygliliserids are sky high. But I do these things plus take the LDN daily (4.5mgs.) and it is helping to reduce MS symptoms. joanne -----Original Message-----From: redtruck99 [mailto:redtruck99@...]Sent: Thursday, November 18, 2004 1:17 AMlow dose naltrexone Subject: [low dose naltrexone] Re: LDN is only one part - supplements, exercise, dietYes, supplements, physical therapy, exercise, and diet are all necessary. Guest guest
I also have been very health conscious. I had friends over recently and I made a one of my " health conscious " comments and one friend said, and your the ONE that's been so diligent all these yrs and look at you (and my son has pancreatitis) and look at US. All we could do was laugh!- I just figure I would have been sicker and earlier if I wasn't!? > > Yes, supplements, physical therapy, exercise, and diet are all > necessary. Guest guest
My friends and family say the same about me. Loved hanging out at healthfood stores and ate very healthy....go figure. You can follow all " the rules " for a healthy life but stuff happens...and sometimes to really good people. Which Im sure all of us here are!
