Hi:

I'm not sure what I had, but last spring my left nostril started

bothering me, tender and scabby. When I read Dr. Simoncini's info, I

decided to

try a baking soda treatment. I swabbed my nostril with a diluted

baking soda and water soaked in a Q-tip 2-3 times a day. Within 24

hours the pain was gone. I did this for about a week. I also did

one neti pot wash with the same solution. My nose has totally healed!

I was totally impressed and pleased.

http://netipot.org for info. Nasal fungi are every where and those in

your nose can cause big problems if you let them get entrenched.

Hi Rosie,

How strong a solution did you use in the neti pot?

Thanks!
