Guest guest
Hi: I'm not sure what I had, but last spring my left nostril started bothering me, tender and scabby. When I read Dr. Simoncini's info, I decided to try a baking soda treatment. I swabbed my nostril with a diluted baking soda and water soaked in a Q-tip 2-3 times a day. Within 24 hours the pain was gone. I did this for about a week. I also did one neti pot wash with the same solution. My nose has totally healed! I was totally impressed and pleased. Nasal fungi are every where and those in your nose can cause big problems if you let them get entrenched. > awareness-investigation-knowledge-potential-motivation-action- patience-results > Duke Dallas - Texas info@... > > > > iodine@...: claytonsecretarialplus@...: Wed, 3 Dec 2008 20:29:30 -0800Subject: RE: Re: iodine causing glands up under neck > > > > > > I've been wondering about this for a while; I'm more and more interested to see what happens when I start iodine – I have had a chronically stuffy nose for YEARS – I snore now, when I NEVER did before. > > SC > > > > > > From: iodine [mailto:iodine ] On Behalf Of ladybugsandbeesSent: Wednesday, December 03, 2008 6:12 AMiodine@...: Re: Re: iodine causing glands up under neck > > > Iodine goes to all glands and mucosal linings. Guest guest
Hi Rosie, How strong a solution did you use in the neti pot? Thanks! > > Hi: > > I'm not sure what I had, but last spring my left nostril started > bothering me, tender and scabby. When I read Dr. Simoncini's info, I > decided to > try a baking soda treatment.
